F&R Exhibition and Conference Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1997 as an event management company that specialises in organising local and international exhibitions, conventions and conferences. The founding members of F&R have gained knowledge and experience in the exhibition and conference industry since 1980. The company has held many local and international exhibitions, conventions and conferences on trade consumer and defence in Malaysia and has brought together suppliers, investors and buyers from around the world to meet, discuss and create strategic alliances with one another.

In 2003, the company has been listed in The Malaysia Book of Records for organising the 'Largest International Trade Fair in Kuala Lumpur ', named 'Expo OIC 2003'. F&R is 100% bumiputra owned and has associated companies involved in international trading of commodities, interior design specialist and mechanical and electrical engineering. F&R's core staff comprises a group of multi-disciplined professionals. Our in-house expertise is complemented by diverse specialist staff, providing a wealth of experience, skills and creativity to produce superior results . The company also retains the services of highly specialised sub-contractors with proven records in the exhibition industry.
